  • Recorded sessions are provided for enrolled students and are for personal learning only.

6. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Cashfree).
  • Eleveon reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect prior enrollments.
  • Promotional pricing and coupons are subject to specific terms and expiry dates.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, recordings, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of Eleveon and are protected by copyright laws. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any course materials.
  • Share, resell, or sublicense course access or recordings.
  • Use Eleveon's branding or content for commercial purposes without written consent.
  • Record, screen-capture, or re-broadcast live sessions.

8. Code of Conduct

While using our Platform and participating in courses, you agree to:

  • Treat instructors, mentors, and fellow students with respect.
  • Refrain from disruptive behavior during live sessions.
  • Not engage in spamming, harassment, or any form of misconduct.
  • Not attempt to hack, exploit, or interfere with the Platform's functionality.

Eleveon reserves the right to terminate access for users who violate this code of conduct, without refund.

9. Certificates

  • Certificates of completion are issued upon satisfactory completion of all course sessions and assignments.
  • Certificates are issued at Eleveon's discretion and may be withheld if course requirements are not met.
  • Certificates are for personal use and should not be falsified or misrepresented.

10. Refund Policy

Our refund terms are detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By enrolling in a course, you agree to the refund terms outlined therein.

11. Limitation of Liability

Eleveon provides educational content and training. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • Job placements or salary increases.
  • Revenue or profit from applying course knowledge.
  • Specific client acquisition results.

Eleveon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

12. Disclaimers

  • Course content is based on current industry practices and may become outdated as platforms evolve.
  • Eleveon is not affiliated with Amazon, Google, Meta, or any other third-party platform mentioned in courses.
  • Results shared in testimonials are individual experiences and not guaranteed outcomes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

14. Modifications

Eleveon reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
