3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 30 days from the date of enrollment.
  • More than 50% of the course has been completed or attended.
  • Course certificates have already been issued.
  • Promotional or discounted courses marked as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase.
  • Free courses or complimentary enrollments.

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Processing time is typically 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

6. Course Cancellation by Eleveon

In the rare event that Eleveon cancels a course before its start date, all enrolled students will receive a 100% refund automatically. Students may also choose to transfer their enrollment to another available course of equal value.

7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for students who have attended some sessions but face genuine circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) preventing them from continuing. Documentation may be required.

8. Course Transfers

Instead of a refund, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a different course or a future batch of the same course. Transfer requests are subject to availability and must be made within 30 days of enrollment.
